One of the shorter, but more impactful stories from the first volume continues in a similar vein. People have been koolaiding themselves into the afterlife at the behest of not the usual charlatan but The Big Guy Upstairs himself, whose instructions have been very simple, very clear and DELIVERED IN CAPITALS.
With most people gone, the young girl from the first story who appears to be the only one immune to His voice, tries to carry on as best she can, but the odds are very must stacked against her…
The story delivers a bit more in terms of setting, and sets this reader up for the third and final instalment.
